He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Landes and Rachel Landes (Garber); his wife Ruth Anna Frantz; his son Larry; and his siblings, Alva Landes, Lela Shoup, Bernice Boone and Delma Swearingen.
He is survived by: his children, Stanley (Judy Landes), Rhonda (Carl Garber), Dale (Mary Landes), Brenda (Randy Shoup), Jane (Kent Filbrun) and Stephen (Amy Landes); and his siblings-in-law, Don Hantelman, Pauline Landes and Betsy Boone. He is also survived by twenty grandchildren, forty-two great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
