He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Sparks (Lewis); his wife Linda; his sons, Chris Sparks (Ally) and Jacob Sparks (Cassie); his granddaughter Payton; and his siblings, Sherry Daniels (Shawn), John Sparks and Penny Storms. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
