It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine Monfort of New Carlisle, Ohio, born in Toledo, Ohio, who passed away on November 19, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Antonino Barbara and Josephine Barbara; her husband John Monfort; her son Gregory Monfort; and her siblings, Anthony Barbara (Velma), Joseph Barbara (Marie), Mary Miller (Ned) and Josephine Shively.

She is survived by: her children, Stephen Monfort (Roberta) of New Carlisle and Angela Witzeman (Frank) of Bellbrook, Ohio; her grandchildren, Matthew Witzeman (Sarah) of Centerville, Madeline Witzeman of Bellbrook and Todd Brown (Jessica) of Beavercreek, Ohio; and her great grandchildren, Jarrod and Collin Brown of Beavercreek, Ohio. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
