She was predeceased by: her parents, Ezra Cremeans and Nettie Cremeans of West Virginia; her husband Larry Maynard; her daughter Sheila Lyons; and her siblings, Shirley Fry, Kathleen Cannon, Clennis Cremeans and Damon Cremeans.
She is survived by: her daughter Sherrie Maynard; her grandchildren, Ryan Birr and Megan Holden; her great grandchildren, Sapphire Chapman, Hayden Birr, Cali Phillips, Avalyn Phillips and Kashton Holden; and her great great grandchild Emmitt Ford.
