With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Manuel Martinez of Napoleon, Ohio, born in Tallulah, Louisiana, who passed away on June 15, 2023 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifton Martinez and Amelia Martinez (Villarreal); his wife Rosa Castilla; his son Manuel Martinez, Jr.; his children-in-law, Austin "Spike" Lecklider, Patti and Terri Martinez; his great grandchild Colin Wiler; and his siblings, John Martinez, Lucille "Lucy" Simms, Amelia "Millie" Tamalunas, Armenia "Alice" Staton and Josefina "Josie" Roehrig.
He is survived by: his children, Gloria Isenbletter (Brian), Sylvia Lecklider, Roxanne Elson (Tracy), Robert Martinez, Mark Martinez, Anita Miller (Eric), Rick Martinez (Linda), Mary Koprowski (Tony), Connie Keeran (Dan) and Lisa Martinez; his brothers, Clifton Martinez, Jr. and Daniel Martinez (Janet); and his sister-in-law Hazel Martinez. He is also survived by 27 grandchildren; 42 great grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to St. Augustine Catholic Church or CHP Hospice.
