He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Starkey and Hilda Starkey (Rohrs); and his brother-in-law Jimmy Lester. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Tracy; his sons, Parry Starkey (Rose Marie) and Lee Starkey (Ninfa); his grandchildren, Nichole Cooper (Steven), Emma Grow (Tommy), Alex Starkey and Allan Starkey; his great grandchildren, Everly Cooper and Tyrion Grow; and his sister Ruth Ann Lester.
