He was predeceased by: his parents, John F. Miller and Jean Miller (Savalli); and his sister Gloria Jean Miller. He is survived by: his wife Marsha Miller (Whited); his daughter Sarah DeClue (Jeff) of California; his granddaughters, Ruby and Chloe DeClue of California; his stepchildren, Heidi Thompson of Mount Vernon and Mark Heaton (Rita) of Sunbury; his stepgrandchildren, Taylee Thompson of Mount Vernon, Zain and Rhea Heaton of Sunbury; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Taybian Adam and Treasure Thompson of Mount Vernon.
