She was predeceased by: her siblings, Charles West (John West) and Lynn Ketter. She is survived by: her children, Jeff Williams and Tammy Bowers (Michael); her grandchildren, Jeffery Williams II (Rebecca), Stephanie Heuss (Darren), Garrett Bowers (Ashley), James Oswalt (Courtney) and Jacob Bowers (Lydia); her brothers, William West (Betty) and Richard West (Cindy); and her nephew Randy Ketter. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and friends.
