He was predeceased by: his parents, Nicholas J. Siebert and Dorothy Siebert; and his siblings, Melvin Siebert, Lloyd Siebert, Eugene Siebert and Betty Hays.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Siebert; his daughters, Dawn R. Siebert of Mt. Orab, Jennifer A Siebert (Elliott Swope) of Sardinia and Jaclyn M. Siebert of Mt. Orab, Ohio.; his grandchildren, Nicholas A Swope, Alexzander N. Swope, Aiden A. Swope, Annabella L. Siebert and Christian J. Bonilla; and his niece Eileen Peco of Florida.
