He was predeceased by: his former wife Brenda Kay Blizzard; his parents, Buddy Andrew and Clara Bell Blizzard (Mozingo); his stepchildren, David Setty and Bonnie Collins; his sisters, Sharon Mozingo and Nancy Stapleton; his sisters-in-law, Shirley Blizzard, Linda Blizzard and Mariah Storer; his nephew Vaughn Bowling; and his niece Kathy Mozingo.
He is survived by: his children, Crystal Stone (Ronald), Charles Blizzard, Jr. and Johnny Blizzard; his grandchildren, Tyler, Ember Blizzard, Tiffany, Brittany Stone, Haley Blevins, Cindy and Justin Woodruff; his stepgranddaughters, Melissa Briggs and Mariah Stephenson; and his siblings, Calvin Blizzard, Leroy Blizzard, Zanith Blizzard, Sarah Frederick, Teresa Grooms, Billy Mozingo, Ronald Blizzard and John Storer.
