He was predeceased by: his parents, Delmar Partee and Ruth Partee (Parks); and his wife Leota M. Stickney. He is survived by: his children, Theresa Partee, Darlene Partee and Rick Partee of Defiance; his sisters, Joyce, Jeanie and Cheryl; and his stepbrother Mike. He is also survived by six grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren.
