He was predeceased by: his siblings, Peter Wahna (Inez) and Helen Ball; and his grandson Andrew Boncek. He is survived by: his spouse Ann; his daughters, Annette Boncek (Jim), Janet Michalec (Robert) and Valerie Wahna (Nicole); his grandchildren, Leslie McClinsey (David), Elaine Goossens (Yost) and Nicholas Boncek (Cheryl); and his great grandchildren, Nadia, Gavin, Joshua McClinsey, John Peter, Anna Goossens, Isabella, Madeline and Luke Boncek.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial donation may be made to macular degeneration research or your favorite cancer charity.
