He is survived by: his wife Retta Hayslip; his children, Bob Keener, Gary Hayslip (Cheryl), Terry Hayslip (Stephanie) and Sherry Hayslip; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Hayslip, Bobby Keener, Amanda Averbukh (Paul), Ricky Hayslip, Renee Hayslip, Justin Terrell, Joy Hayslip and Grace Hayslip; and his siblings, Paul Hayslip (Cindy), Nancy Pappas (Pete) and Elodine Hogue.
