He is survived by: his parents, Diana Kulesza and Samuel Kulesza (Leigh Conti); his brother Adam Kulesza (Melanie) of Akron; his grandmothers, Rosie Kulesza of Cuyahoga Falls and Barb Warters of Big Prairie; and his significant other Tiffany Poth of Kent. He is also survived by many aunt, uncles, cousins and friends.
