It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cody Czerpak (Mogadore, Ohio), born in Akron, Ohio, who passed away on August 19, 2018, at the age of 22, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his children, Isabella and Briana Long; his parents, Tonya Criss and James Czerpak (Desiree); his grandparents, Pamela Schaffer (Dan), Deborah Czerpak of Akron and Anthony Czerpak of Mogadore; and his siblings, Juztice Simmons, Alexis Czerpak, Sierrea Williams of Cuyahoga Falls, Tiarra Czerpak of Akron, Koryon Criss, Christian Gibson, Norman Copley of Mogadore, Uncle Michael Czerpak, Aunt Michelle Czerpak and Aunt Toni Cremeans (Dale) of Culloden.
