Joann Slatniske Obituary
We are sad to announce that on December 26, 2020, at the age of 91, Joann Slatniske of Mingo Junction, Ohio, born in Martins Ferry, Ohio passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Hood and Hazel Hood (Long); her husband John E. Slatniske, Sr.; and her brothers, Charles, Donald and Lloyd Hood.
She is survived by: her children, John E. "Jack" Slatniske, Jr. of Steubenville, OH, Robert D. Slatniske (Lori) of Mingo Junction, OH and Donna Rouse (Lorne) of Mingo Junction, OH; and her grandchildren, Jessica Morgan (Robert), Shannon Stevens, Robyn Vandine (Brandon), Robert Slatniske, Jr., Alicia Rouse, Lorne Rouse, Zachary Slatniske and Sarah Dagli (Ugurcan). She is also survived by twelve great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic services will be private with Rev. Fr. James M. Dunfee, officiating.
