He is survived by: his wife Toni Spivey; his children, Laura Lindsly, April Spivey of Cuyahoga Falls, Jessie of Minerva and Chris Spivey of Minerva; his siblings, Gloria Hamilton of Kensington, Sandy Haley of Hanoverton, Tish Gray (Bob) of Augusta, Vicki Fankhauser of Minerva, Larry Clemens (Debbie) of Sebring, Jim Clemens (Vicki) of Kensington and Richie Clemens of Michigan; and his grandchildren, Michael, Ali, John Paul, Madison, William, Larisa, Brooklyn, Aiden, Avery, Cadie, Colleen, Liam, Lennie and Jaylen. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
