He was predeceased by: his parents, Leslie Summers and Maxine Summers (Ohse); his siblings, Garnett Truman, Carolyn Hesson, Paul Summers, Cecil Summers, Junior Jarvis and Arlis Justice; his grandson Jefferson D. Ringler Jr.; and his great grandchild Everleigh.
He is survived by: his wife Betty Dawson; his children, Teresa Ash of Millersburg, Bonnie Ringler (Jeff) of Millersburg and Les Summers of Millersburg; his grandchildren, Gerald, Jessica, Ashley, Catline and Austin; his great grandchildren, Madelynn and Maximus; and his siblings, Dennis Justice of Millersburg, Robert Summers of Millersburg, Opal Ellis of Millersburg, Patsy Gawler of Millersburg and Linda Sue Graham of Millersburg. He is also survived by loving husband for 52 years and a loving father and grandfather.
