With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Thomas Patrick O'Lenick of Middletown, Ohio, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 30, 2024 at the age of 55. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Carl and Zola Hayes; his great-grandparent Gathel Gunter; his uncle Terry Hayes; and his cousin James "Jamie" Carroll.
He is survived by: his parents, B. Thomas O'Lenick and Imogene O'Lenick (Hayes); and his aunt Linda Brewer (Rick). He is also survived by numerous other family members and many loving caregivers and friends.
