It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Katherine M Haycisak of Middlefield, Ohio, who passed away on January 10, 2024, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John H. Haycisak and Mary Haycisak (Ferenic); and her siblings, Andy, Mike, John Jr., Joseph, Stephen Haycisak, Ann Pastirko, Mary Ferensic, Helen Sass, Elizabeth Whited and Emma Arotin.

She is survived by: her sister-in-law Irene Haycisak. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
