She was predeceased by: her father William Johnston; her husband Randy (Randy); her children, Jamess and Jill; and her siblings, Mac Johnston, Jack Johnston and Bea Johnston Thomas.

She is survived by: her sons, Randall Puckett (Roberta) of Hatley and Jack Puckett of Ravenna; her grandchildren, Lindsay (Tim Poodiack), Caitlin Puckett (Calvin Cole), David Byler, Belle Ebie (Michael) and Johnston Puckett; her great grandchildren, Poppy Poodiack and Ripley Cole Puckett; her sisters-in-law, Sally Milnark and Mary Puckett; and her son-in-law Dave Byler (Paula Pemberton).

In lieu of flowers, the family asks instead for any donations to be made on her behalf for Alzheimer's research.
