He was predeceased by: his mother Mary Kincaid (Velotta); and his grandson Troy. He is survived by: his father John Kincaid (Diane) of Copley; his wife Mary Rebic; his children, Justin (Kortney), Kassidie (Dustin) and Evan Jr.; his grandchildren, Jazlynn, Thea, Theo and Benjamin; his siblings, John, Jim (Jennifer), Jeff, Michael (Julie) and Kim Kahelin (Steve); and his nieces and nephews, Pauly (Vitória), Faith, Amber, Charles, James, Madeline, Addison, Mea and Jack. He is also survived by one great niece, many cousins, and many extended family.
