He is survived by: his daughters, Jennifer Morris (David), Emily Patchin (Cody), Jessica Jusek (Robert) and Amanda Morrison; his grandchildren, Merandia, Mackenzie, Dustin, Makayla, Ian, Mason, Parker, Colt, Melanie, Ayden, Autumn, Zander, Aurelius, Maximus, Avery and Cyrus; his great grandchild Greyson; and his siblings, Joe Lewis, Christine Brown (Larry), Brian Lewis (Michele) and Adam Lewis (Jackie McLean).
