Kurtz and Catherine Kurtz (Gingerich); his siblings, Anne Kurtz, Rose Marie Kurtz, Aaron Kurtz, Suzannah Kurtz and Joshua Kurtz; and his grandparents, Melvin W., Mary Ann Kurtz (Barkman), John J. and Fannie Gingerich (Shrock). He is also survived by many cousins and friends.
