Miller (Miller); his siblings, David Miller Jr. (Maria), Arlene Miller (Michael), Steven Miller (Marlene) and Barbie Miller; his grandparents, Freeman M. V., Clara D. Miller (Byler) and Freeman M. Miller; and his close friend Malinda Miller. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
