He was predeceased by: his parents, Avery Watkins and Mae Watkins (Tennant); his former wife Jacqueline Joan Watkins (Norviel); and his siblings, Carroll Watkins (Goldie), Dale Watkins (Shirley), Wayne Watkins, Ann Karen Watkins and Ruth Ellen Larry (Doc).
He is survived by: his wife Jackie; his sons, Little, Pony, Kevin Watkins of Bellefontaine and Gregory Watkins (Jane) of Bellefontaine; his grandchildren, Landen Watkins (Lynette), Cameron Watkins, Tyler Watkins (Alicia), Christopher Watkins (Jessica) and Emily Watkins (Brandon Krugh); his brother Tom Watkins; and his sisters-in-law, Sue Ard (Norviel), Becky Dobrick (George) and JoAnn Watkins. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
