With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Arthur J. Mondak of Middleburg, Ohio, born in Lakewood, Ohio, who passed away on September 22, 2020 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his siblings, Betty Pawlicki, Andy Mondak, Frank Mondak, George Mondak, Ed Mondak and Bill Mondak; and also Jim Mondak.
He is survived by: his wife Emma Mondak; his daughter Cindy Mondak-Peck; his son-in-law Rick Peck; his son Jeff Mondak; his daughter-in-law Damarys Canache; and his grandchildren, Christopher Mondak, Greg Peck, Michelle Trogdon and Ryan Mondak.
