She is survived by: her husband Ronald Kurtz; her daughter Wendy Kelley (Brian); her daughter-in-law Sheanna Kurtz; her grandchildren, Ava and Hayden Kurtz; and her brother Daniel Prawucki (Patty). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends.
