He is survived by: his wife Janet Puckett (Ashley); his children, Shad Puckett (Ginger), Shawn Puckett (Tracy) and Shara Rauch (Langley); his mother Cletta Harris (Troy); his siblings, Roxie McKinney (John) and Eddie Eve (Annette); his grandchildren, Dustin, Michael Rexford, Austin, Savanna and Landin; his great grandchildren, Haley, Bentley, Allyenna and Leo; and his siblings-in-law, Ellie Bolen (John), Pamela Kanavlb and Harold Ashley. He is also survived by his wife, children and family.
