She was predeceased by: her parents, Philip Edwards and Anna Bell Edwards; her longtime love Mick Sweeney; her brothers, Larry Edwards and Phil Edwards (Cleo); and her nephew Phillip Edwards.
She is survived by: her sons, Shaun Bolen (Lori) of Springboro and Daryl Bolen (Cheryl) of Riverside; her granddaughters, Cierra Bolen, Brooke Bolen, Alexandria Bolen and Alena Bolen; and her siblings, Ralph Edwards (Cindy) of Oklahoma, Andy Edwards of Kentucky and Janet Rose of Miamisburg. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and close friends.
