Rhoads of Miamisburg, Ohio, born in Middletown, Ohio, who passed away on November 21, 2022, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James "Pete" Rhoads and Betty Rhoads (Elrick); his son Joseph C. Rhoads; his brother Jackson Rhoads; his aunt Fay; his uncle George Krug; and his grandson Joey Rhoads.
He is survived by: his wife Irene Rhoads; his children, Pamela Slifer (Terry) and Michael Rhoads; his sister Sally Utz; and his grandchildren, Ricki Miller (Marc), Timothy Slifer (Jennifer), Amber Rhoads and Elizabeth Rhoads. He is also survived by five great grandchildren.
