He is survived by: his wife Holly Charlesworth (Walls); his daughter Kristy Coreen O'Neill of Kingman Arizona; his granddaughters, Hannah Marie Parker, Samantha Leigh Parker and Jessica Rose Parker; his mother-in-law Marion Walls of Wilmington; his son-in-law Michael Parker of Hillsboro; and his sister Pat Tarpoff (Annette Talbert) of Oakland, CA..
