He is survived by: his wife Betty (McCoy); his son Joshua Hale; his grandson Evan Hale; and his stepchildren, Jason McCoy, Anthony McCoy (Heather) and April McCoy. He is also survived by 9 step-grandchildren; and a great-grandson;; numerous other relatives and friends.
