He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Charles Ira Pray and Velma Twedell Pray; and his daughter Catherine Price. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Cynthia McCulla (Jonathan) and Charles Craig (Carla); his grandchildren, Charles "Chip" Pray (Maureen), Tina Urbina (John), Curtis Pray (Brittany), Elsie Bundschuch (Joseph) and Justin Baker; and his great grandchildren, McCartney, Charlotte "Charley" Pray, Winnie, Henry Bundschuh and Gunnar Pray.
