Betty Jane Eckhart Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Betty Jane Eckhart of Miamisburg, Ohio, born in Brookville, Indiana, who passed away on January 19, 2022, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Sylvester Tragesser and Laura Tragesser (Brown); her husband Sam Eckhart; and her siblings, Charles Tragesser, Charlotte Cox and Kenny Tragesser.
She is survived by: her sons, Sam Eckhart (Lola), Rodger Eckhart (Rosanne) and Dan Eckhart (Mary Kay); her grandchildren, Lisa, Amanda, Tami, Jennifer, Sam and Madeline; her great grandchildren, Mabel, Nora, Lucy, Josie, Henry and Lucas; and her sister JoAnn Scearce. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Hospice of Dayton.
