He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Finley and Julia Finley; his wife Sarah Bays; and his sister Donna Collins. He is survived by: his daughters, Julia "Kim" Downing of New Carlisle and Kary Burlile (Rick) of Medway; his siblings, Troy, Clifton Finley, Wilma Bullock (Bill) and Alisha Looper; his grandchildren, Lauren Duncan, Brock Downing, Brynn Burlile, Grant Burlile, Debra and Rick Brandt; and his pet Luke. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and friends.
