He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack M. Dixon and Wanda G. Dixon (Waldren). He is survived by: his wife Tonya S. Rawlins; his daughters, Katie Hohl (Michael) and Hayley Dixon; his pet Sadie; his siblings, Charles Dixon (Elaine), Robert Dixon (Mary), Jack Dixon (Michi), Pamela Dixon, Laura Floyd (John) and Lisa Gibson (Ronnie); his grandchildren, Cameron, Kennedy Hohl and Charles Leatherman III; and his parents-in-law, Robin Trusheim (John) and Tommy Rawlins (Tayna). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, friends and other relatives.
