He was predeceased by: his parents, James Forrest MacDonald and Ruth E. Dunn (Himler); and his sister Barbara A. Everette. He is survived by: his sons, Shane (Kristina MacDonald) and Eric MacDonald; his grandchildren, Isiah and Taylor; and his siblings, Constance Ross, Patricia MacDonald and James (Gloria MacDonald). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions be made in memory of Ronald to the American Heart Association.
