She is survived by: her husband Jerry Evans; her children, Lisa Grogg (Rick), Scott Evans (Donna), Sheila Perry-Jones (Mike) and Jodi Smith-Dunn (Joe); her grandchildren, Bailey Heck (Bryan), Garth Gilbert (Chelsea), Josh Evans (Amber), Chelsea Perry-Haney (Justin), Zachary Smith-Stephens (Cassandra), Emma Jones and Zoe Dunn; and her great grandchildren, Kamryn, Colston, Jake, Lailynn, Braxtyn and Molly.
