He is survived by: his wife Doris; his children, Deborah Meyer (Karl) and Michael Pulaski (Julie); his grandchildren, Heather Holst (Tory) and Laurie Church (Kyle); his great grandchildren, Gage Holst, Kiersten Holst and Genevieve Church; his brother Richard Pulaski (Shirley); his sister-in-law Patty Trochelman; and his niece Pegi Trochelman.
