She was predeceased by: her parents, Frances Cloutier (McNamara) and Roland Cloutier. She is survived by: her husband Ronald D. Rouch; her sister Marcia Rousseau of New Carlisle; her children, Jennica Stout (Campbell) of Springfield and Wayne Rouch of Medway; her grandchildren, Haley Campbell (Justin Smith) of Seabrook, Clayton Stout of Bellefontaine, Brendan Stout (Suzanne) of New Carlisle, Jordan Rouch of Mt. Victory and Madelyn Stout of Springfield; her great grandchildren, Liam and Mila of Texas; her grandchildren, Tyme, Oliver, Alton, Roman, Cordelia of New Carlisle, Addalyn, Hazel of Mt. Victory and Alexis; and her close friends, Tina and Janie. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
