We are sad to announce that on December 26, 2023, at the age of 68, Thomas A. Johnston Jr. of Medina, Ohio, born in Washington, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas A. Sr. Johnston and Rosetta Johnston (Boorman); and his siblings, Linda Cross and Jack Johnston. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca (Smith); his children, Steven Johnston, Joshua Johnston and Megan Repp (Justin); his grandchildren, Makayla, Olivia, Declan, Evan, Maggie and Guinevere; and his brother Michael Johnston (Sandra). He is also survived by his family and was an adored Pappy to his grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be directed to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
