Kurtz (Thomas); his grandchildren, Gabrielle McDermott (Mike), Gregory Kurtz, Garrick Ochoa, Noah Ochoa, Mia Yannoni, Raegan Ochoa and Macie Yannoni; his great grandchildren, Sophia and Evelyn McDermott; and his siblings, Thomas Ochoa, Gloria Lopez, Hope Nicholson and Robert Ochoa.

Memorial contributions may be made in Greg's memory to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
