He was predeceased by: his parents, Isaac Butcher and Jean Lancaster Butcher; and his siblings, Linda Jane Butcher McClain, Bruce Butcher, Robin Butcher and Robert "Butchie" Butcher.
He is survived by: his son Michael Butcher (Nikki) of McConnelsville; his grandchildren, Tiaraha, Tristen, Malik and Matthias; his siblings, Michelle Butcher, Lisa Butcher, Terry Butcher, Stevie Butcher and Todd Butcher; and his close friends, Kathy Mayle, Tammy Kuhn and Lisa Stallings.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Main Street Church of Christ Youth Group.
