She is survived by: her husband Frank Koehnle Jr.; her brother William Heckathorne Sr.; her children, Frank Koehnle, Lora Duvall, Melissa Koehnle, Timothy Embree-Koehnle and Charles Embree-Koehnle; and her grandchildren, Kayla Koehnle, Elaine Koehnle, Janette Suttle, Tiffany Duvall, James Earl, Frank Koehnle and Izabella Koehnle. She is also survived by Great Grandchildren nieces and nephews.
