He was predeceased by: his parents, James C. Weaver and Jane Miller Weaver; and his sister Barbara J. Broyles. He is survived by: his siblings, Brenda Balderson (John), David Weaver (Sondra) and Kenton Weaver (Ann); his brother-in-law Rick Broyles; and his niece Ellen Burchett.
