He is survived by: his siblings, Cory Everley (Micah) of Malta, Amanda Everley (Danny) of McConnelsville and Kaylee Mayle of Columbus; his niece Jessilyn Everley "Girly Girl"; his nephews, Landyn Everley, Ethan Everley, Bryson Mayle and Kamdyn Mayle; and his pet Jax.
