It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice K. Harper of McConnelsville, Ohio, born in Zanesville, Ohio, who passed away on July 19, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, William Creager and Jean Ann Cross Creager; her son Jeff; and her brother Charles. She is survived by: her husband Russell L. Harper; her children, Greg Harper (Jackie) of Ft. Worth and Cheryl Bailey (Randy) of McConnelsville; her siblings, William Creager Jr. (Shirley) and Jean Ann Coffey (Mike) of Blue Ash; and her granddaughter Devon Harper.
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to the Shriver's Hospice Foundation.
