She was predeceased by: her parents, Clifford Azbell and Patricia Price Azbell; and her brother Greg Azbell. She is survived by: her husband Billie Elkins; her children, Kirk Elkins (John Newman) of McConnelsville and Monica Curtis (Jason); her grandchildren, Adain Curtis and Paytin Curtis; her siblings, Alex Azbell, Dustin Azbell (Jennifer), Jonathan Azbell (Heidi), Bart Azbell (Tammy), Eric Azbell and Molly Azbell; and her close friend Donald Grubbs of Mcconnelsville.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Wolf Creek Animal Clinic in Dale, Ohio.
