She was predeceased by: her parents, John P. Cusack and Josephine Cusack; her sister Linda Hennessy; and her parents-in-law, Robert Sr. and Dorothy Touchette.
She is survived by: her husband Bob Touchette; her children, Jennifer Navone (Sean), Rob Touchette and Mimi Touchette; her brother Kelly Cusack (Carole); her siblings-in-law, Deborah Ghidoni (Victor), Linda Ferrentino (Luigi) and Jeffrey Touchette (Amy Nash); her friends, Lee Diamond (Luke Boggess) and Mary Cohen; and her pet Pepper. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorial donations may be made in Sally's name to the Warren County Humane Society and Susan G Komen for the Cure.
